Professional Lobbyists are registered through the Secretary of State’s office. Lobbyists who receive some form of compensation are required to register prior to engaging in lobbying activity.

NOTE: Volunteer lobbyists register with the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives (303-866-2904).
