| Colorado law prohibits discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and advertising based on race,color,national origin, ancestry, creed, religion, sex, physical or mental disability, age (employment only), marriage to a co-worker (employment only), marital status (housing and public accommodations only), or familial status (housing only). (24-34-301 et seq., C.R.S.) |
| The Civil Rights Division provides, free of charge, an antidiscrimination poster which employers and employment agencies, housing providers (including real estate brokers and mortgage lenders), and places of public accommodation (including amusement places and resorts) are required by law to display in a location frequented by all employees or customers.
