| The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division licenses programs if 60% or more of clients have an alcohol or drug abuse diagnosis. The license is optional unless the program wants to take court-committed clients or receive state funding. |

| 1000 hours of substance abuse related work and current employment in licensed treatment program. |
