| The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division licenses programs if 60% or more of clients have an alcohol or drug abuse diagnosis. The license is optional unless the program wants to take court-committed clients or receive state funding. |
| Application fee is $200 for a 3-year license. |
| Licensed providers must notify ADAD when adding or closing treatment sites. |
