| Boat Rental or Leasing: owner must register and pay fees for each individual boat: $18.25/boat for under 20 feet. $24.25/boat for 20 feet to 30 feet $30.25/boat for 30 feet and greater. |
| All boat owners must register their vessels to use on ANY waters. This applies to motorized or sailboats, not sailboards, canoes or rowboats. (U.S. Coast Guard regulation) Contact the Parks Division for registration. Fee varies from $18.25/boat for under 20 feet to $30.25/boat for 30 feet or more.

| Financial statements |
| Must submit a $30,000 security bond |
| Copy of Articles of Incorporation, partnership agreement, franchise agreement or Articles of Organization |
| Photograph of building to be used and "Place of Business" affidavit |
| Signed application and addendum |
| Passing score on dealer test |
| Must have proof of sales tax license |
| All materials must be received by the Board by the 10th of the month. The Board will review and decide on application on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month of the following month. |
